SALE OF THE CENTURY (PART 1) Asheboro, NC. 27205 PLEASE READ (REGARDING PARKING): This property has a security gate; it will not be open before 7am each morning. Once the gate is open, it is one mile from the gate to the estate. However, there is not enough parking at the top of the property. There is ample parking at the midway point which will be clearly marked. At this midway point, there is a guest house, named "the train station" with plenty of parking. The train station is covered and does have a restroom available for use. We will have two 15 passenger vans continuously running during the posted sale hours to ferry everyone up to the estate and back to the train station where you are parked. Once you arrive at the estate via passenger van, there is a ballroom to wait inside with seating and restrooms. Even if you arrive before opening, the ballroom will still available for waiting. As far as picking up purchased items that are larger, you will have permission to drive your vehicle up to the property from the train station (temporary parking only, no continued shopping while parked). Please take note, if you are picking up purchased items, there is a portion of the driveway that is one-way only. Please follow signage. If you have any additional questions regarding parking or picking up purchased items, van transport personnel will assist you. SIGN-IN SHEET: When you arrive at the ballroom via passenger van, there is a sign-in sheet available upon entry. Once we open, we will call out each name in order from this list. Since, this is a vast 18,000 sq.ft. palatial estate, we do have large maps for your convenience to navigate this property. We recommend that you take a picture of one of the maps so that you do not get lost.
