We do a DIGITAL SIGN UP SHEET for our sales (for the first 50-75 people or so that sign up!) After the first 45 minutes there is usually not a line but that first 45 minutes or so can be rather busy! Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc. bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. Usually, there are fragile pieces in the home. We are not responsible for accidents. We will let as many people at once in the home without compromising safety.
