NOTHING OF VALUE IS EVER LEFT IN THE HOUSE OVERNIGHT We do have street parking Yahoo!! But it will still be difficult to park please be considerate of the homeowners driveways. City planners don't believe on having parking-GRRRR We don't have a sign up sheet, we do give numbers out starting as soon as I get there, normally 2 hours prior to opening and you must be present to receive one. Placing your hold box/bag will not count when it comes time to start the sale without you physically having a number. There are steps going into the house and down to the basement. Pretty steep steps into the basement. This is a small home with a different room placement, Please take special care. More pictures and descriptions will follow. Please continue to look daily for the new pictures. You have to bring your own labor for moving any larger items we will not be able to help you. WE CAN NOT/WILL NOT, (we all have back issues) be able to help you move any large or heavy items ,if you don't have your own mover please don't buy an item that needs to be moved. You MUST bring your own help and your own boxes. We test all the Appliances, Electrics, Stereo Equipment, Garden and Power Tools to the best of our ability. First off, sorry about canceling last weekend (the 13th & 14th). The wind was blowing so hard we were pretty sure half our stuff was about to become someone else’s yard sale down the street. 🌬️ So we shut it down before the lawn chairs achieved flight. BUT we’re back for round two! 🗓 March 20–21 ⏰ Starting at 9:00 AM 🏁 Ending time: Whenever we get tired of sitting outside and decide we’ve had enough of people asking if we’ll take $1 for everything. 😄 💲 About 85% of the stuff is $1! Yep… a dollar. Easy math. No calculator needed. 💰 There will be some higher-priced items too… you know… because we can.
